        Ordered a table Oxford Vintage wood. Outstanding quality considering the price but be handy with a drill lol because you will need to finish the assembly. Not a fully pre-drilled flatpack ! but then pay at least double from somewhere else for a fully assembled example ! recommended !

        Awful customer service, went to take something back that ordered online and the manager could do nothing to help. Just paid 500 for a new piece of machinery and it was faulty and needed replaced, just because the box had been picked up by our recycling they would only refund me 60% of the 500, never used it!!!!! Been shopping in Nesbits for over 10years, will never shop there again

        Staff go out of their way to help and advise, particularly Sara who answered all my questions without hesitation. excellent customer service all round. Great selection of kitchen knives, I will certainly return to purchase a bread knife when I have decided which one to have.
