        I stumbled across Funky Monkey about four years ago and I have enjoyed every single session I have been to. It is such a fun way to exercise and the studio provides such a lovely and safe environment. Everyone in class is always so supportive and encouraging no matter your ability - I recommend everyone to try it at least once and you will be back for me I promise!

        This was my first time ariel hoop! I had such a fun time! The flow we did challenged me, but i managed to do it! I felt a huge sense of achievement at the end of the class!! I used muscles i didnt know existed i will definitely be coming back to learn some more moves!!

        Such a positive and inclusive space. Alice is a fantastic teacher. The classes are really fun and I have been able to build on my strength. I couldnt recommend Funky Monkey enough.

        We did a group pole dancing session for a hen do, was so much fun! Alice (instructor) taught us a routine to a song we chose in advance and also took some fun group shots for us at the end. Great hen do activity
