        Called into Bath shop today..in spite of the O2 shop website being troublesome An assistant called ROMMI did not fluster was very polite and a pleasure to deal with I need an upgrade.but unfortunately as I got a hospital visit coming up. I could not do a deal today But I will be back and I will request that particular assistant for my purchase Excellent customer service

        Ariti ( I cant recall the spelling ) but the young lady, was super helpful and patient with our request. I hope she gets recognised or rewarded when this review gets noticed by someone higher up in the store... She was/is, kind, warming, and highly welcoming with great internal as well as external knowledge within the store

        Very helpful. My mobile has been out of contact of quite a while. Came out with a new phone (all set up and ready to use) and a tablet. All for more or less same as I was already paying.
