Emma was a great help when I went to her with a muscle spasm in my back. Not only did she help me with my immediate issue, but she took careful time to assess why this might have happened and provided some excellent tips for how to keep different parts of my body more activated and strong on a daily basis. Highly recommend!

I have had 4 sessions with emma and my word, she is amazing. I had a few problems with my hips , and felt so uncomfortable to sit crossed legged, as my job needed me to. When getting up after sitting for just 30 minutes, i could hardly walk. After 3 sessions with emma, im able to sit for longer than 30 minutes and can walk straight away afterwards with no pain or discomfort. She truly is magic!

Absolutely amazing! I went to Emma with a really painful neck from too much iPhone gazing and poor posture - in one session she massively improved my mobility and pain. Her techniques show immediate improvement across the whole body in terms of flexibility and strength - I really am blown away - Ive never seen a physio like her! Thanks Emma I will be recommending you to everyone!

Emma is literally a magician. Had unbelievable shoulder pain for 18months that left me unable to sleep, really affected my ability to exercise and even function - like washing my hair and driving! In 2 sessions Emma fixed me. I was told I needed an MRI and possibly surgery but with Emmas gentle intervention, after just 4 sessions I am back to being 100%. Not only did she address my shoulder but she also re-engaged muscles that werent activated properly which has really helped with my cycling and running. I am running 30secs faster per km now and this is largely due to Emmas work on my glutes and hip reflexes. She has a full body holistic approach unlike any other physio I have visited that makes no sense to me at all. Trust the process and Emma will get you whole again. Shes bloody brilliant!

The physio who activates muscles other physios cant reach At 70+ I had to learn to walk again after serious back surgery. I went through the traditional physio routes, did my exercises regularly and progress was good. But I soon hit a plateau and it wasnt until I met Emma that real progress was made. Working from her private studio in the centre of Bath I found her professional yet, personable - a great listener. She soon got to the problem and started treatment. Her knowledge of which muscles do what and where the trigger points are to activate them is amazing well at least to a layman it is. And the result is immediate. Follow that up with mild exercise and soon I had more control of my legs. Fewer stumbles and no more bruised toes whats not to like. And my experience is not unique. Two of my friends have had similar experiences after Emmas treatment, one in the shoulder and one for backache. Thanks Emma
