I would like to highly recommend Whiteley Helyar, who are undoubtedly a stand out from other estate agents. All the team were a delight to deal with and their helpful, professional and knowledgeable approach was a breath of fresh air. Andy especially was amazing throughout the buying process and he ensured everything ran smoothly and was always on hand to answer any questions we had or deal with any problems we needed resolving. He totally understood the stress involved in selling two properties 200 miles away at the same time as buying in Bath and his cheerful, patient approach made all the difference. We would most certainly use Whiteley Helyar again for any future purchases or sales.

Dominic and Andy were fabulous from start to finish. They moved fast to market our property and kept up the momentum, bringing us multiple best and final offers within a couple of weeks. Throughout the sales process, right up to completion, they were an essential link in the chain; always available and providing regular phone calls, keeping us up-to-date with progress. Having had a nightmare experience with Farrars, in Fulham Road, London and an indifferent service from two well-known and large firms in Bath, I approached Rupert Hart with some trepidation. I never thought that I would give an estate agency a good write up, but I was proved wrong! Rupert was fun to deal with, helpful and smart.
