An incredible experience all round using S.P Green & Co. Ltd. The service could not have been better. Charlie went the extra mile to help me choose the perfect engagement ring by explaining all the various stone and ring options available to me, but he also got the ring to me despite living thousands of miles away. My fianc said the in-store experience was just as good as well. So I would recommend these guys to anyone and already have to a number of my friends. 5-star service. Thank you S.P Green and Charlie for all your work!

My fianc and I were excited to shop for an engagement ring after getting engaged while visiting Bath. We were immediate made to feel welcome when we arrived at S.P. Green & Co. Charlie was fantastic and put us both at ease. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give us such detail about the ring and the diamond. We had spotted the ring we wanted in the window and I was disappointed when it was too small. Even though it was towards the end of the day then went out of their way to get it resized for us within an hour as we were heading home the day after. We are so pleased with the ring and would highly recommend this place

We had an amazing experience as soon as we walked in. All the staff were friendly, and were happy to spend all the time in the world with us whilst we were making decisions. They were happy to work to any budget, and had millions of different options for you to try or order bespoke. We placed our order, they cleaned my engagement ring and re-sized it for free too. Really recommend to everyone!!
