Excellent for purchases and returns. And the staff are very friendly they don't snub anyone regardless of who you are or how you look.

It's truly ridiculous that in this day an age, such a store should be unable to supply a ramp for the two steps to the rest of the store. The member of staff I asked regarding a ramp wasn't apologetic and really couldn't have cared any less. She did offer to get anything from the store, but I should be able to, and needed to be able to browse. There was no response when I stated that a store such as this should be able to afford one. The other member of staff wouldn't even acknowledge me. Perhaps there was an assumption I wouldn't buy anything, except I was wearing multiple recent Ted Baker accessories. I shop with TB regularly, but in Bristol and through other stores. I will reconsider where I shop since they're really not a disability friendly company.
