Had the most lovely shopping experience here when we visited Bath for the weekend. The staff were so helpful. I was looking for the 'perfect' ring so one of the ladies spent the best part of an hour going through every single ring with me! We had a pile of 'maybes' and she patiently helped me decide which to buy. I ended up buying two for myself and one for my husband. Absolutely wonderful shopping experience. Highly recommend! Edit: okay so less than a month later and the crystal in the ring has smashed and the silver on the spin ring has chipped the top layer...

Crystal prices are a tad dear for their sizes. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
