We had a really posivite experience with the store in Longwell Green. Colin was very knowledgable and friendly and we made our decision quickly and easily. Good chat about kids and what carpets work best with them around. We've been booked in for fitting in 4 weeks time so hopefully that experience will be positive as well.

Absolutely the most appalling customer service Ive ever experienced. Our flooring arrived a month late after it was wrongly sent to Cardiff and nobody could be bothered to go and collect it or have it sent to the correct address, it was even suggested we drive ourselves to collect it! As a result weve been without a bathroom for a whole extra month of our renovation as the flooring is holding the whole thing up. Weve been offered a paltry 50 compensation for this hold up but whether we will ever see it is looking doubtful, Ive almost given up chasing. A truly, bl00dy useless company. I honestly think a small child could do a better job at running a business. I wish Id read the online reviews for this place beforehand as I might have shopped elsewhere or at least had my expectations managed!! Seriously, save yourself the bother and shop elsewhere. Im only giving this place 1 star as there is no option to leave 0 stars.

I recently purchased a carpet from Carpetright in Bath and also arranged the fitting through them. I have been communicating with Phoebe from my initial enquiries, all the way through to the end. We are all too quick to complain and if things are ok or good then we just move on. I have received such a good experience from Phoebe that I thought it only fair to communicate this back. Pheobe sold me the carpet that was right for me (no pun intended), listening to the requirements I had which went beyond just a carpet. I was concerned about noise pollution in the apartment below me and Phoebe reassured me and advised me on how best to approach this. There were some challenges with the supply of the carpet and I know Phoebe put as much effort as possible into ensuring this didn't impact the strict dates I had. Moving house was stressful, I had a lot to cover off, however, the carpeting was easy and that was down to Phoebe. Excellent communication throughout. Full marks!! I have to say, the carpet looks amazing and has made my new house look like a home. Plus, no complaints from the neighbours downstairs (yet!).
