        I went in today to sell some things to declutter before moving. The consultant that helped was so rude. It has made me not want to come into your store again. I understand it might have been a long day but that is not my fault and there is no excuse for this to be taken out on me.

        Checked the online stock checker to see if they had x 2 items I was searching for it said they did. Got there before it opened and the online stock checker still said items were available. Store opens over 10minutes late, no apologies from staff. Ask where the items are, made to stand around for 30mins to then be told oh whats probably happened is the label was probably a reprint and theyve been sold. Waste of a morning to be honest as we only went to Bath based on the stock checker and we were the first in the store so could not have been sold already that morning.
