        Never feeling welcome everytime i came ,when there a month ago on my Birthday to buy Green Croc boots but i change my mind, they just busy laughing and talking by the desk .

        As I was spending the day in Bath I took an online order in to return rather than trusting posting it at the moment. I was served by Natasha who went above and beyond to help me. The system wouldn't recognise my order so she phoned customer services to get it done and even phoned me three hours later to reassure me that it had been processed and my refund was on the way. The sort of customer service you don't often get these days: Thank you Natasha.
