        This review is for Sutton Coldfield store, I had a stiletto heel that the black tip had come off, I was told in Timpsons, they only repair them in pairs, and they would have to charge me for a pair which was 10 pounds, seriously ?, went in to BSC in Sutton Coldfield, no problem no fuss, 4 pounds job done thank you
