Kevin has been reliable and professional. He understands customer needs pretty well and gives valuable advice on flooring selection and care. With his help, I got satisfying flooring planks at a reasonable price. His charges for his labour is reasonable and fair too. He shows great care to customers. He responded and rectified the problems really quickly after I spotted some minor imperfections unexpectedly caused by his assistant. I am happy with Kevin's work and confident in his after-sales service. On top of what others have said, Kevin is punctual and polite, the point I would add on is he is highly trustworthy. If I have the other work, I will definitely ask Kevin. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Last year we got Kevin to fit new wooden floors in a house we had just moved into, and he did a fabulous job. Obvious therefore to ask him back to fit two stair carpets, and again the same quality, professional approach. Punctual, polite, always explains what he will be doing and how long it will take - we have 100% confidence in Kevin and recommending him to anyone.
