We recently partnered with Gradwell to provide communication solutions to our customers. Whilst trying to configure SIP trunks for our demo 3CX system, I was greatly assisted by Joe Lucas (a senior technician) who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. An asset to the business and a fantastic start to our relationship. The partner team have also been most helpful and we look forward to working with Gradwell.

We have recently started working with Gradwell and 3CX. The support we have received means the system is tailored to exactly what we want. We cant imagine how we managed without it!
