I have used Ace for a number of years for my annual heating service. They have mainted the boiler in good condition, letting me know if parts are in need of replacement now or just something to keep an eye on. They have serviced my magnetic heating cleaner as well as the boiler and been clean, tidy, quiet and professional throughout. I recently had them out to repair the inlet mechanism on my toilet. Cracking job, left it better than when it was new. I love that you can book appointments online, attach pictures to your job in advance so they have the right parts on the van, and I LOVE how good the communication is about appointments. Email reminders in advance, and a text alert when the engineer is half an hour away. Plumbers that turn up on time, do a great job and are reasonably priced - what more could you ask for!
