What a wonderful way to start the year - after the frenetic pace of Christmas it was pure bliss to spend a morning concentrating on just one activity and learning from Helens expertise. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow and as a total novice cook I was blown away by what we managed to produce in a few short hours! Thank you so much to Helen and the rest of the Demuths team - highly recommend the experience and I will definitely be back!

My daughter and I loved this cooking lesson! This is the second time we join the class. We had so much fun and, even if we are vegans for a long time, we always learn something new. I will definitely prepare "farinata" as part of my day-by-day menu. This is much better than following a recipe or watch a video. Because the interaction is essential, you meet a lot of great people, and the tips of the chef are personalised. Friendly environment and a lot of food!

I did the one day Christmas Dinner course. It was amazing! Beautifully organised, great recipes, delicious food! I learnt so much and will definitely do one of the longer courses. Highly recommended!
