I'm 38...in the last 10-15 years every service provided, every industry, anything that has customer services has gone down hill big time. But thankfully richer sounds still has excellent customer service. The staff are very helpful and friendly and even though I bought my amp from them 3 years ago and it was just out of warranty...they still had a look and fixed my minor problem free of charge....in less than 5 mins. Thanks guys. You're a rare breed.

Always my first and only choice when it comes to buying hi fi components. Friendly, helpful and highly knowledgeable staff, told them what I wanted and they took me through the options without any pressure to buy. I had a few questions which they answered in language I could understand. I came home with a Cambridge Audio streamer and a lot more knowledge than when I first walked in. Also bought an extended six year guarantee for less than 80 which Richers will refund if not used. You can't get fairer than that. Five stars.
