Lovely member of staff named Emma, she is usually in Wells but has been covering bath store a few times when I've visited. She is a brilliant asset to the business and always has a smile on her face! Wanted to say a massive thank you for always helping me with any questions in store and helping me set up my loyalty card. You would benefit greatly having her in your store permanently, she is wonderful!

I swear this shop always has closing down sales but never actually closes down, anyways I love the works, I like getting books from here and craft supplies that I hoard and never make anything with
