Ive found a pair of magnificent pearls earring in this shop. The personnel is very kind. In terms of jewellery, therere really a lot of choices. worth taking time and see what they have to offer !

Another outstanding and incredibly affordable service from the team at The Silvershop. A dunk in a jacuzzi ruined my silver jewellery particularly a sentimental Tiffany bracelet. I popped my jewellery in to be cleaned and for a necklace chain repair. Not only did the team repair and fully restore my tarnished pieces but they also noticed my aged Tiffany bracelet was about to lose its heart and so thickened the loop and replaced the clasp at a ridiculously affordable price. The service is outstanding and this is and will continue to be my place for gifting. Bath we are very lucky to have this independent shop x

I had a necklace repaired here and was blown away by the level of customer service. As a new mum with a tiny baby I was struggling to get out and about and the lovely owners hand delivered my necklace back to me. The repair was perfect and the kindness & friendliness of the owners definitely makes me want to shop here again. Thank you
