        I've booked with Tui for several years and Jazmin, Alice and Sacha are all knowledgeable and remain highly professional without a hard sell. They are happy to help out through the whole process and are always welcoming. Really wouldn't book through anyone else!

        Just booked a 2 week holiday to Turkey through Tui, Bath, Alice was so polite and nothing was too much trouble, it made the bookings easy and stress free. I was booking for family as well and Alice explained the easiest way to do it, so full credit to Alice, she's a credit to your industry, everyone's happy and now looking forward to the holiday.         My trip to Japan was quite complex - four hotels over three weeks - and I changed my mind at least three times - but despite this Jazmin remembered the dates and details of my trip even better than me. She seemed genuinely interested and excited to be able to help. Exceptional service.
