Pure dedication, passion, empathy and professionalism emanates and is apparent in each individual member of the care staff team. I have had the absolute pleasure of working jointly with the staff and a client to support the client in achieving their goals. I have worked for way ahead care for 2 years as a care and support assistant. The training given was outstanding. All coordinators , HR, supervisors and manager are very helpful & supportive whenever I do stuck they try their best to help. Its a rewarding job . Im happy to keep continue with way ahead care . I have worked for Wayahead for well over six years. Yes, any care work can be demanding and hard work BUT very rewarding. I get a lot of pleasure from making the the difference to someones day and no one day is ever the same. I feel very supported and valued by the company and my thoughts and opinions are always listened to. The training provided is excellent. I am well into my seventh year with Wayahead and continue to enjoy what I do.

I have been working as a Care and Support Assistant for Wayaheadcare for over 3 years now. Well, what can I say.. I am very happy to work there. I have been supported throughout the time I spent with this company. I really enjoy trainings, meetings and even the spot checks I've had so far. It made me believe in myself. It builded trust which is important to retain their employees. The care coordinators and the manager always listen to my problems and they try their best to make me happy. I feel a valuable employee and I don't regret that I am working for them.
