Our family of 5 rented e-bikes for a half day; took the 2 Tunnels route around Bath and the area. We had a great time (adults and kids as young as 13) and would highly recommend the route and shop. Staff was friendly and very helpful, bikes were in great shape and were as powerful as needed - with more power/speed to spare. Recommended reservationsbut we showed up at 930am on a Wed without a res and rented the 5 we needed.

We rented a couple of e-bikes in April and it was really worth it! I hadn't ridden an e-bike before, but we were shown how the bike works and had a moment to practice before setting off. There are a number of different trails you have the option of doing - so if you want something long or short, city or country, hilly or not (...no hills is maybe not an option in Bath!), they can help you find a good trail for whatever you'd like to do for the day. You get a helmet and a lock with the bike, so really you can go anywhere in the city. The pick up/drop off location is really central in the city, and instructions on how to use the bike were great. I'd recommend for locals and visitors alike!

We hired two e-bikes for the day and had a great time, bikes were powerful, no issues with battery life. Rod was very helpful and knowledgable, would definitely recommend. We will be back!

Great e-bikes, easy to use and good way to get around Bath and avoiding the busy traffic to see the sights!
