I found Modbits online, got in touch and took my latpop in. Andre was thorough and his knowledge is exceptional. I'm really happy with the work Andre did to get my laptop back up and running but it wasn't just the work - Andre made the whole process very clear and accessible to someone with very limited knowledge, all with a very friendly manner. Although I hope that my laptop won't have any more issues, I would definitely go back and will recommend Andre to family and friends :-)

Fantastic tech support. The service was fast and thorough and very competitively priced. Most amazing is the follow-up service, Andre spent a lot of time guiding me through the updates to my computer to get it running properly. I absolutely recommend Modbits.

Andre is the most amazing person with superlative computer knowledge, gained over 22 years. He is efficient, helpful, friendly, trustworthy and very much a people person. He has revitalised my laptop and gone 'an extra mile' to help. I recommend him to everyone I know and with this posting, everyone that I don't know. He deserves huge business following and recognition.
