Dick Lovett MINI Bath

Wont be back here again. After booking in for some investigation, wobbly steering. I was quoted over 2500 for a repair, replacing all discs, pads, and callipers (hugely expensive Works variety), due to rust and water ingress. After talking with them it sounded fishy, with lack of detail and 1/2 obscured video. Decided a second opinion was in order. Took car to independent garage, who found callipers were fine (they will last longer than the car), and only the discs and pads needed work, and fixed for 310. Edited for full disclosure.

I am over the moon with my new mini and the 5 star service from Mini Bath, particularly David, who helped me through the whole process both via email, phone and in person. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional, a real credit to the business. I have dealt with other mini dealerships in the past, and been bitterly disappointed with the customer service, but this experience has restored my faith, I would 100% use this dealership again and recommend their services.

The best car buying experience I've had! Kelly was so helpful with guiding us through the process. It made the purchase all that more efficient and now we are enjoying our car that bit more! We'll be back in a couple of years for the next one!
