My wife and I completed a Hypnobirthing course with Polly and we would highly recommend it. Polly was a wonderful teacher and put us at ease straight away. We learnt so much including some wonderful tools about how to prepare to welcome our baby into the world feeling calm, relaxed and in control. There were also some fantastic tips on the birth partner's role, making me feel more prepared and confident. There are also great resources provided to practice the techniques at home. My wife is now going into the final weeks of my pregnancy calm and positive about whatever course things might take. Thank you to Polly!

Polly did a private Hypnobirthing course in our home when I was around 35 weeks pregnant, she uses the Wise Hippo Hypnobirthing course. The course was very comprehensive and both myself and my partner found all the tools taught in the course really helpful in getting us ready for the birth. It teaches a great range of breathing/relaxation techniques which we have both found super helpful. I also have had a couple of pregnancy massages with Polly which were amazing - not only really relaxing but also helped get out a couple of niggles i was having in my third trimester. I am now very nearly 40 weeks and both myself and my partner feel very ready, relaxed and looking forward to the birth knowing we have all the tools available to have the birth that we want.
