We have used Vivien to assist in various Market Making activities, particularly cold calling by phone. The success rate of appointments made has always been good, and the quality of the meetings reflects that Viv is very good at getting to the right person. Like many people cold calling over the phone is something we can always prioritise below something else, almost anything else. To have someone like Viv on the team, with dogged determination to get that appointment made is a real asset, and interestingly she does it so well even the recipients of the calls are complimentary about Viv!
