I chose Crescente as at Level 7, mentoring and feedback is delivered by someone who's experienced and hands-on with business policy and leadership, something not guaranteed at a standard institution.

John was amazing. 4 day training course and instead of falling asleep and staring at the clock to go home like I usually do I had such a great time, learnt so much, he was funny, and interacted with us well instead of just throwing a bunch of words and slides in our faces. Will defo recommend

The four day training course has been really interesting. I have been on training courses before and have dreaded them, and I leave with what was the point! Thinking it had no relevance to me at all. This course with you, has been really helpful to me. You have a great personality, are approachable, and friendly which helped me to feel more engaged and happy to interact and learn. So I just want to say thank you again have learned alot.

I have been working towards gaining my level 2 and 5 CMI qualification with Crescente over the last 3 years, they are so helpful and patient. The guidance that John gives is concise and to the point so enabled me to understand the requirements better. Would highly recommend Crescente to anyone looking to gain qualifications in management.
