Excellent service- rang rhe shop with a lock query, asked me to email through with photos, they replied immedistely, took in the lock for repair, left it with them and they contacted me within an an hour or so to collect. Job done, good as their word.

Excellent service, Phil and Seth the two technicans arrived as promised at the agreed time and showed incredible patience trying to remove a broken key from the lock, saving the additional cost of having to replace the lock. Also promptly fixed me up with a replacement for the broken key all done at the price quoted on the booking phone call. Great service from a local Bath company

Could not recommend Sam, Phil and the team highly enough. When another company advertising themselves as being local, and not being, cancelled my locksmith appointment without a second thought, this genuine local company came to the rescue within minutes. They were very sympathetic to my predicament of my cat being locked in the house while I was away on holiday and were professional, skilled and great value to boot. Effortlessly proving why you should always support local, independent businesses. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Needed a new insurance grade lock for a new front door. Went to Screwfix to start with but they couldn't really advise me. Then my brain clicked and I went to Bath Lock & Key shop on Widcombe High street. The young lad there (sorry didn't get his name) was really helpful and suggested exactly what I needed within seconds. He then took the time to unbox and clearly explain why this lock was the better option (as it was also a bit more pricey). I didn't feel I was being up-sold but given good honest advice. Yes I could have bought it a bit cheaper online but as a small local business I was very happy to happy to buy from another small local business. Highly recommended especially if you want to make sure your property is secured to insurance company specifications.
