Really bad communication or lack of it should I say. I am expecting a refund of my pension and it has been well over a month and still have not received my money. I have been calling their number for days and it just rings and rings until eventually goes to an entirely different company, completely unrelated to pensions. Naturally I am concerned about my money as I have had no human interaction and cannot get a hold of them via email or telephone. Avon Pension if you see this, I would like my money thank you.

Very poor experience been over a year trying to access my pension. One member staff tells you one thing which is incorrect then someone else says something else. Just one thing after another and Im forever chasing for information from them. Im still waiting shockingly bad service
