Very poor communication. Shown around a flat only to be told UC can not be used for referencing. Never heard back from them. Read the reviews below, says a lot to be honest.

Great experience, found a wonderful flat through them and Ollie was an amazing help throughout. I have had poor experiences with estate agents in the past, but I could not recommend them more

After viewing a property, I let them know I was interested in moving forward with renting the property I met all their requirements which we went through before and during the viewing, and significantly exceeded the minimum salary required for renting the property, but recieved no response even though Olly told me he would call me the next day. Emailed again 4 days later to follow up, still no response. I called multiple times, no answer. Ollie eventually answered, confirmed he had recieved my emails and said he'd email me the questions and let the landlord know I was interested, however multiple calls and 3 emails later - still no response and never emailed me back. While Ollie was friendly during the viewing, the lack of communication even to say I didn't get the property or giving an explanation is outright rude and disrespectful, especially considering I travelled 2-3 hours to get there and the property is still being advertised as available to rent.

I have been renting from WoER for 3 years and throughtout that time, they have been a great team who responded to all issues extremely quickly and efficiently. Any visits (maintenance, inspection, etc...) where arranged in around us and always made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. If I was to be looking for property in the area again, they would be my first choice for an agency. The final comment goes to ollie who has been a great point of contact and made the experience what it was
