Emma and her team are brilliant, effective and timely communications, best advice against very difficult situations and most of all attention to details of the whole thing. It took us 3 months to complete everything! It's a short chain with just 3 parties but our buyers had so many questions and requests which Emma did so well to help us navigate through. I used Charlotte Dooling for witnessing my statutory declaration and to verify documents. She offered me excellent service and the fees were very reasonable (almost 95% less than what other solictors would charge). More importantly she was very courteous and so cheerful. I am so happy and I cant speak more highly of Charlotte. Excellent!!!

We used Thrings in Bath for the first time for our house move. We had a great experience. Our whole house move was surprisingly smooth and hassle free. This was primarily due to the excellent service we received from our solicitor Emma Page and her team. We found Thrings provided a service that was efficient, very accessible with very quick response times. Even the estate agent was complimentary of our choice of Solicitor.
