        4 years plus some months on and Burningham & Brown have still not been able to transfer the leasehold for my property, despite both parties being happy to do so. Not terribly happy with the service to say the least.

        I have used B&B on several occasions and they have always been outstanding. Through Probate & Will administration, will writing, Lasting Powers of Attorney and conveyancing I have constantly received excellent advice and marvellous customer service. I would highly recommend them.
