Widcombe Laundry Company

A convenient self-service laundry just minutes from the Bath train station. There are four regular sized washing machines, three large machines and four large dryers (one was out of order). It's a small, well used space. Not dirty but also not exceptionally clean. No vending machines for detergent or for making change - so come prepared. On our visit, there was an open box of detergent that we used but I don't know if it's always there. It would be nice if there were instructions and costs for each machine along with approximate times for a wash cycle.

Despite their website, their machines do not accept cards, only coins, which is quite misleading. When I went, there were no services available, and they didnt answer their phone. This is a coin-only self-service laundrette and should be advertised as such.

Great place for laundry fast dryers, bring your own soap, there is not a paper currency to coin exchange machine

The whole place is filthy. I feel dirtier leaving than I went in ..also machines doors got green mould everywhere.
