When my diamond earrings went missing, I wasn't originally planning on claiming against the insurance because they'd been made out of a ring that belonged to my grandmother and I didn't think they could be replaced. When I did decide to claim, I was very surprised to get a home visit and such a detailed explanation of the difference in various stones - cut and brilliance and so on. Fortunately I had good photographs of the originals and the earrings were replaced with ones that were made to look identical. I am very pleased with the result and with the service I received.

My wife lost her engagement ring after 33 years of ownership. She was gutted, but our insurance company directed us to LMG. Their agent came to the house and helped us choose a suitable replacement. The advice we received was brilliant and allowed us to choose a ring suitable as a replacement while being different enough from the original. The ring arrived within the timescalle suggested. Very happy with the service we received.

We were delighted with the service from LMG, We received very clear messages throughout the whole process, detailing appointments and the order things would happen. The representative was lovely & so helpful when he brought the ring samples. He explained everything very clearly to us.
