Now this week they have put 3 way lights up in our tiny road without warning and have dug the road up. This was particularly appreciated at 7:30 this Saturday and Sunday morning when they started smashing up concrete to lay their cables.
What a joyous company. Safe to say theyve made themselves pretty unpopular with us, and the entirety of our neighbourhood. Particularly the poor people living directly adjacent to their roadworks who are very upset.

I would happily stay with Truespeed, however there is ZERO care for customer retention. The attitude received on the phone multiple times is disgusting. They couldn't have cared less about my renewal and only seem to care about new customers. They have hiked the price up so much I simply cannot justify it in this current climate. The renewal they offered was not only way more expensive than my current contract. But for a slower speed!
Like others have mentioned. I cant believe companies still value new customers more than current. It costs less to keep current customers as they don't need to send an engineer out to get you connected!
BT may be slower but they are under half the price of the so called "best" offer available to me and unfortunately I have been forced to leave. The rest of my street are soon to follow!
