One of their canvassers smashed my new garden path lights. Realised he did it, posted all his details for moving to Truespeed and then left. Obviously didnt realise he was on camera. Still trying to get reimbursed by Truespeed having sent videos etc. Now this week they have put 3 way lights up in our tiny road without warning and have dug the road up. This was particularly appreciated at 7:30 this Saturday and Sunday morning when they started smashing up concrete to lay their cables. What a joyous company. Safe to say theyve made themselves pretty unpopular with us, and the entirety of our neighbourhood. Particularly the poor people living directly adjacent to their roadworks who are very upset.

I wish I could review the Wifi but we never got it! Kept being told every month that everything was being set up for it and we would get it soon, but we've had to chase every time for an update and never had any sense of apology or proactiveness on their part to keep us informed/giving us a real date of completion. Customer service is terrible and there seems to be a real disconnect between that team and their installation team. After six months of having to use our mobile data, costing us 40 each month, and with no end in sight, we've had to go back to our initial broadband provider. We both wish we hadn't bothered cancelling in the first place.

I hate dealing with TrueSpeed who we call no speed in our home. The left hand doesnt speak to the right hand. They are headless chickens.. incapable of customer service. They make promises that they dont keep. They have no intention of keeping. I wish a watch dog would look into this service provider and I welcome the day we have a fibre competitor in the area, I will be the first to leave this hopeless bunch.

Really hate to leave negative reviews but exactly the same as many other reviewers. This needs mentioning. The service is excellent over ethernet once installed. WiFi is not good at all and you will need mesh or powerline adapters to help this even on small properties. I would happily stay with Truespeed, however there is ZERO care for customer retention. The attitude received on the phone multiple times is disgusting. They couldn't have cared less about my renewal and only seem to care about new customers. They have hiked the price up so much I simply cannot justify it in this current climate. The renewal they offered was not only way more expensive than my current contract. But for a slower speed! Like others have mentioned. I cant believe companies still value new customers more than current. It costs less to keep current customers as they don't need to send an engineer out to get you connected! BT may be slower but they are under half the price of the so called "best" offer available to me and unfortunately I have been forced to leave. The rest of my street are soon to follow!
