Please note that we didnt actually stay in the hotel (we will next time we are in Bath), but this is a review for the bar whilst we were waiting for our meal at the Olive Tree. From the moment we walked through the front door we were welcomed warmly by the staff, we were welcomed into the bar area for an aperitif were we were looked after one of the best bartenders I have ever seen. Netra was the most friendliest and knowledgable bartenders I have come across, he absolutely contributed to an amazing evening, so much so that after the meal we went back into the bar for one final cocktail. Thank you Netra and the rest of the team at the Queensbury, a wonderful experience, we will see you all soon

The room that we had was roomy, bright and well spaced out. The bed and pillows were comfortable. As our room faced the front entrance of hotel where both human and motor traffic passed through, it can be quite noisy with passerby chatting in the middle of the night. Location was also good. Central and close to most major sights in Bath. My only criticism of the place was the housekeeping staff not replacing our used towels during the evening turn down service even though we had spoken to her face to face about it and she said she would do so. Our used towels that we had placed on the floor for collection were instead hung back on the towel rack for use. That would be my main grouse of this stay but if not for this major error, I would have rated it higher.

We stayed at this magnificent hotel for our wedding, and it enhanced our wonderful memories of a special time. Highlights were the room itself, beautifully appointed, spacious and quiet. The staff were tremendously helpful, locating a toothbrush at 11pm, an ironing board at short notice, and valet parking and loading our luggage - nothing was too much trouble. The room service sandwiches were delicious and good value. A special, personal touch was a bottle of fizz left in our room on arrival. A wonderful experience.

After eating some great soul food a hop skip and jump and we having drinks and dancing at QB. Drinks drinks drinks some great mixologist. It can get packed but it's a nice set up. It's kinda like a juke joint meets a bar meets club. What ever your looking for you should have no issue finding it here. The drinks are flashy with cute names and delicious flavors.
