        Check in needs to be more organised at lot of miscommunication between staff and house keeping, which caused a delay to us checking in. It would of been nice to of been offered a complimentary drink instead of being sent to wait at the bar. However the room was lovely, staff where warm eventually and there was a young man on the bar who was really warm and welcoming, great location. Parking an absolute nightmare but thats Bath for you. Only disappointing thing with the room was no full scale mirror in the room it appears someone has cleaned all the Art Deco furniture mirrors with the wrong cleaning solution and destroyed the glass. However the bathroom mirror was okay. We would stop again, bed was really comfy :)
