Bathen House

We stayed here for my birthday over May Bank holiday. Our first time visiting Bath and staying in this hotel. The hotel was absolutely stunning - the interior was beautiful and everything was so clean. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival. Francesca was amazing, so super helpful considering we didnt pack chargers and toothpaste. She was so accommodating and made us feel as though nothing was too much to ask. We will definitely be back at the Bathen house. P.s the beds are so comfortable! What a hidden gem of a hotel. Rooms: Huge spacious rooms with a lovely comfortable bed. Bathroom was outstanding and so clean.

Outstanding! The location was a bit outside the central hustle and bustle of Bath but the rooms, service, and food all more than made up for that. The most professional and kind hotel staff were so welcoming and ensured our every need was met with a smile. Our rooms were beautiful with bathrooms suitable for a fancy spa, and the meals at their newly opened restaurant knocked our socks off.

We had a fantastic stay here recently, the service was great. Thank you for decorating our room with balloons and petals for a birthday celebration, lovely touch. This is a lovely small boutique hotel. Staff were wonderful, the parking was really good. We enjoyed strolls into the city both days, its a 30 minute walk but manageable however uphill on the way back is a bit harder. The honesty bar is so chic, we really enjoyed the concept. Breakfast was fantastic. Our room had everything we needed. I do really recommend this place for a romantic and slightly off the beaten path stay. The Bouvadia restaurant was also a wonderful experience so also recommend that as part of the stay.
