Awful. Left after 23 hours. Property tired and unkempt. All you can eat... you'll not want to! Outside door doesn't lock, bath enamel chipped, dirty pillows. List is long. Could be wonderful, as its within walking distance of city. Lovely view of Mill pond. But grounds haven't been attended for seasons! Walkability: Good location

Rooms: Basic Walkability: Easy to walk over the bridge to the train station and in to the town Food & drinks: Don't bother, just walk in to town.
