First of all, a big thank you to James and his team. James was very professional in his delivery of a quote which explained what and how he was going to proceed. Our work was not the most straightforward, but it was brilliantly executed. His men worked very well together, with an amazing sense of awareness and helpfulness which was very much appreciated by us. They were mindful of the fact that we were living on the premises and there was a good clean up each day. James communication was also great, with a message each evening with updates and progress reports as well as timings for the next day - again much appreciated. Finally, as well as helpful advice and ideas, James and his team also came to our rescue helping to lift a kitchen worktop - several weeks after his work had been completed!
