        Ive been using this CDB oil for a few months pretty consistently now, taking a few drops every morning after Ive brushed my teeth. I dont take it for pain easing but just to help me feel calm throughout the day - things dont seem to stress me out so much since taking it. There were a few days last week when for whatever reason I didnt take it and I really noticed a difference! The quality of this oil is spot on and Ive been recommending it to my friends who have also started taking it too.
