        Incompetent , twice delivered the antigen to the wrong address. Despite calling them when they made the mistake the first time and promising to rectify the problem they repeated the mistake again. Ordering a covid is no joke when you pay extra for next day delivery and screw it up. Still no response to my last email or an offer for a refund.

        Amazing staff. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We flew in from the USA and they helped us with both our COVID tests. They certainly went above and beyond. This is the place to go.

        Advertises that they do Covid-19 testing. I ask if they have any literature I can send to two elderly friends in France who need to nominate a testing house before they can return (and are not very computer-savvy). No, they don't. OK, then how can they find the information they need, please? "You'll have to download it from our website ". Not helpful!!

        Fantastic store with expert staff . I have bought various brands online which had little or no effect so Im unsure wether its diluted . I went to bath and found High quality products which have worked brilliantly . well worth a visit and will be returning for sure .
