        The stylist was obviously rushed taking just 20 minutes to wash, condition and cut my hair. She didn't touch my fringe which I will have to do myself when I get home. She was also rough washing and blow drying my hair with a very scratchy brush - I was glad it didn't take any longer, in truth. I was shocked to learn the charge for 20 minutes was 33 and they only took cash! That works out to be 99 per hour and didnt even get offered a coffee!!!! Not the relaxing experience you expect from a hairdresser plus grossly overpriced and definately not a repeat visit!

        I arrived for my 10:30am appointment Friday, but the salon was locked up with no one there! I phoned the salon to see if anyone was out the back, called the mobile number several times, left a voicemail, left a text... after nearly half an hour of waiting I had to go home. I have still had no reply or explanation or apology!
