Perfectly located for a short walk to either rhe Royal Crescent or the river Avon, Landlady was welcoming, helpful and very accommodating, with great local knowledge. The room was warm, shockingly quiet given roadworks nearby, clean and cosy, and the breakfast was excellent. All a great experience and a good base close to the city centre, so will absolutely be booking again if we come back to Bath
