        I have had excellent service from Phil now for several years- servicing, landlord safety certificates, and trouble shooting/advice on the odd occasion. He is friendly, professional, clearly knows his stuff with the latest, and goes the extra mile- eg.helped me out with a registration cert. No.1 for me.
