        We bought a few of their products at the Christmas market I south bank. The gent was very polite and available, and the product is top notch. You can definitely taste the quality with this one, highly recommended!

        Met the lovely owners at their stall in Gloucester Quays Christmas market and was immediately impressed by their genuine enthusiasm for maple syrup. Ended up buying - a bottle of maple syrup; strong but smooth flavour that's way better than the grade 2 junk sold in supermarkets, - maple butter; perfect on crumpets, - maple fudge; no sugar with a delicious lingering taste. Makes a great sweetener in tea (without milk). We're preparing our next online order. Check out the recipes on the website too.
