James has been fantastic, kind and patient! He delivered gorgeous flowers for our wedding day, at a short notice too, taking care of everything, from start to end. Everything was just perfect.

I am normally so happy to support local businesses however I have repeatedly felt like Crescent Flowers value profit over customer service. Fran (who owns the business) recently ran a wreath making course I attended and it was nowhere near the standard of previous wreath making courses of the same price. We were rushed in our designs and the variety of flowers was far smaller than previous years. Fran also was dismissive of concerns and didnt support us in our design ideas. We also recently received a present from a family friend from Crescent Flowers, and for the price they had spent, the arrangement was poor. Many of the buds were broken and the display was lacking in depth. I would be so happy to support small businesses (and I support lots of others!) but not when profit is so obviously over service.

Made a lovely wedding corsage on a clutch bag along with matching buttonhole for us. Very reasonable price as well
