        I have asked through the chat bot that I need to talk to an agent urgently. No calls even after a week! I want to terminate my contract, but there is no option! It seems that there is no costimer service unit at this company. My recommendation is to avoid them!

        Stay Away-If there was a 0 star then I would have given that score. this business (Pure Planet) still owes me 89.80 and will not respond/ acknowledge receipt of my complaint. disgraceful behaviour, PP you should be ashamed

        I joined this compan and am on 16 mouth tarrif, due to the new haedlines and companies going bustm I cancalled my DD, how do I know I will get my money back? at the moment Id rather pay x amount every three months, when I have used the stuff
