        Brought a item would not work, contacted them but they were really concerned, took days to even send a reply. Had to send back at my expense

        These people shipped an item to me, which never arrived. I waited the extra time like they asked but still didn't arrive. I asked for a refund but a few days later they emailed me saying they sent another item. That was weeks ago, item still hasn't arrived and when l asked for a tracking number l got no reply. These people have stolen from me. Very poor. 1 star is too high.
