He clearly laid out the decisions we needed to make and took the time to really find out what we wanted. We felt that he acted in our best interests. He was also very approachable and personable.         Carl is brilliant - offers really good advice, top quality work, is honest and hugely professional. Easy to get along with and communicates every step of the way about any issues that arise. We had to have a complete rewiring of our house, which was incredibly daunting, but Carl made the whole process a breeze and did the job to a very high standard, on time, and at a reasonable cost. We need some more work doing soon and wont hesitate to use him again!
